Full Name: Ocean LaVonne
Alias: Vonne, Gato
Gender: Male
Height: 5' 10"
Weight: 110 lbs.
Classification: Sentient Plant
Occupation: Tradesman/Metalworker
Alignment: Unknown
Group: Traveller
{Mental}
Personality:
Vonne is a very quiet person. He chooses to sit away from the crowd, and his eyes are always closed in thought. He is intelligent, but chooses not to speak when asked a question most of the time. He has never been furious, but he will soon discover that in the event of rage, he is heartless and cold, yet he speaks no ill words, nor does he scream. He just watches and waits.
Around people, he is often embarrassed, having no form of friends in his past few decades. He looks to the ground a lot or hides under his hair. He doesn't speak to women, but if he did, he is not the type to embarrass himself... He just stands there. With others, he speaks seldom, and tries to avoid talking about his past... As if there was much to talk about.
Alone, he is in training. Constantly meditating, he looks for a reason to live that the people around him seem to instinctually know, something that he is missing. He enjoys cats, and has quite a few in his home. He also enjoys things that glimmer or shine... Metals are his favorite.
{Physical}
Appearance:
Vonne is not the average person, but he does his best to blend in. His eyes are strange, a luminescent blue. They are pure, and hold darker blue hues around the edges. His facial features are thin and delicate, his face slim. Silver/white hair frames his face, believed to be a product of years under the desert suns. He is a very pretty person, but tries to hide himself under long, silky hair that falls below his chin.

{Background}
Preforum History:
Vonne actually doesn't know who freed him. He was a very small child when the SEEDS ships crashed into Gunsmoke. Raised by the survivors of the crash, he watched the civilization of Gunsmoke rise from the ashes of the barren planet. He was told that he was no different from the other children, he just grew differently. Indeed, he was often teased and made fun of from this disability.
But secretly, he knew. He could feel the Planet's life ebbing, flowing back and forth across the surface. He could hear the angels that lived inside of the glass orbs, the orbs that protected the city from eternal sands... And he was quiet. The only times he spoke were in his soul, when he listened to the Planet and responded.
The Angels told him what he was. He was one of them, but he could speak and be free. He was a power source... And as Vonne grew into a teen, he secretly experimented with his abilities. The first thing he discovered was that he could control certain elements of the land around him. For example, he could feel water in reserves beneath the surface. Th Angels told him to never tell what he could feel, or the humans would suck it all out and kill the Planet.
Soon, Vonne moved from the civilization. It had been many years of teasing and silence, but Vonne had withdrawn completely into himself, never having a friend. As he grew, he began to feel dominant, and his attitude evolved. He gained a stoic expression, and spoke with only half of the truth. He knew the answers that the humans didn't... They obviously didn't need to know them.
Legato Bluesummers...
Vonne knew him, and he doubted Legato knew of the teenager who had watched him. Legato was powerful, almost invincible, and Vonne had seen his powers. Whilst Legato searched for Vash the Stampede, the $$60,000,000,000 man, he went through many cities, under cover of shadow. But Vonne could feel him nearby. His abilities went far enough to detect alien power at a distance.
Vonne studied him, respected him, and finally watched him disappear into the sunset. He wanted to evolve like Legato had. He began to go by "Gato", forever searching inside of himself for the power that man had held.
...
It had been so many years... Memory itself was beginning to melt into one androgynous current of life. Vonne had travelled the deserts of Gunsmoke for many years, and over time, his abilities began to evolve.
Photo-synthesism: Vonne's Silver/white hair had the ability to absorb small amounts of sunlight and broke down the water he absorbed from the Planet. He could preserve energy inside him, generated by the two suns that constantly shined down above him.
Water control: He had always held a fundamental feel for water, and eventually, he learned to move it from the earth. With it, he bestowed life around him... But the life died when he left. Of course. The life fed off of his abilities.
Angel Arm: The City of June... The Angels spoke of it in silent whispers, afraid of the Angel Arm's ferocious powers. Vonne didn't ever summon his, but he could see it in his soul. It was different... Not only was it a gun, but he could feel some other presence about it. He could feel the water, and wondered what type of weapon it would create when summoned... He didn't want to summon it.

{Equipment}
Weapon of Choice: .45 mm Double Action Revolver (Named 'Shard'.)
Other Weapons:
Angel Arm: Vonne is right-handed, and thus, his Angel Arm is brought from his right arm. His is slightly different from Vash or Knives' though. Whilst theirs holds a central core, his more resembles his Revolver. It has a cylinder near the shoulder, and the cylinder spins as the bullet charges. At a later time, his Angel Arm evolves, similar to Vash's.
Ocean Edge: His Angel Arm's evolution divides. In time, he will learn to morph the Angel Arm into a long blade of white energy with the ability to shoot that same energy. The residue that the shot leaves behind follows the blade like ribbons. Note that the blade is held similar to an actual weapon, but his arm in mutated into the Angel Arm while he has it. This can only happen at a metaphorical limit break, when his body is beginning to fail.
This Angel Arm mimics his own abilities. It has the ability to absorb sunlight and restore Vonne's stamina. This is why it is a blade. Fashioned after a leaf's structure, the cells inside absorb sunlight and water, breaking the molecules down into sugars and nutrients. ((If you want me to remove this, I understand. It's not a gun, I know, and it branches off of the main theme of the story.))
Water: Vonne has always felt the water around him, and he learns to control it. He can use it as a shield or a weapon (when he can find it). Water can only be his weapon if he is touching it. He can't summon it from nothing, and he can't morph it into any specific shapes. Note that it can be used as a projectile if frozen. But to use ice, Vonne's own stamina is drained, for ice is denser, and harder to use.
Armor / Apparel:
Vonne wears a gray/blue jacket with an unsaturated black shirt underneath. Sometimes, two dog tags shine on his chest, but he attempts to hide them under his shirt when he can remember. His eyes are quite sensitive, and sometimes he will use a black cloth over his eyes while he travels to different cities. The fabric isn't too heavy, so he can see out of it with ease.
He wears simple blue jeans, and over the years, they have turned a shade of gray, much like his other clothes. His arms are wrapped in two black gloves that have been cut off at the first joint of the fingers, above the knuckles. Meanwhile, he has several belts holding up his jeans. His boots are simple and black, but they hold a mesh that sand can't pass through, so he can get air as he walks. They are held together by straps similar to belt buckles, and they have a very thick sole.
Under the clothing, Vonne holds scars, but not too many. Some originate from the crash, before he had understood his own abilities, but most of them have healed away, thanks to the Angels' abilities.

Strengths:
He withdraws into himself and doesn't let emotions affect his judgement.
He is very quick on his feet, and can formulate strategies with ease. It comes from living on the desert, with bandits constantly attacking.
He doesn't have to eat, but can maintain enough energy to travel through his photosynthesis. After using the Angel Arm, his energy is gone, and he has to regenerate before he can even walk again.
Weaknesses:
Cold saps his energy away.
He doesn't know how to build relationships, and thus is quite alone. He's stable emotionally when his defenses are up, but if they fell, he could break down easily.
He dislikes fighting. He hasn't fought much yet, and he hasn't realized how his anger puts him into a deadly quick, but defenseless, position. He can dodge bullets from normal humans, much like Vash, but he begins to act only on instinct, and loses the insight of a normal person. A frenzied animal, he isn't as strategic when he is angry.
